[SLING-5951] Lauchpad should fail fast with Java < 8

Description

As org.apache.felix.http.jetty now requires Java 8, the launchpad should fail quickly if started with a version that's lower than that.

As suggested by Carsten, compiling launchpad.base with Java 8 does implement that requirement. It won't work for other launchers but that's a good first step.
