Description

As a follow up of a discussion on the list and a concrete suggestion also done as part of SLING-5598 this is about introducing a junit category called Slow that can then be excluded from particular bundles' test goal by default. This does not yet exclude Slow in the parent/pom - we can do that separately if we deem that useful. For now this is needed by SLING-5598.
