[SLING-4626] NullPointerExceptions in MockResourceResolver

Description

The MockResourceResolver throws an exception when trying to access a resource outside of the root. The normal ResourceResolver implementation returns just null instead.

Moreover, I get another NullPointerException in MockValueMap#convertForWrite if I try to create a MockResource with null properties (which is for example done in MergedResourceTest).
