[SLING-4078] Cannot execute checks of different tags

Description

I have healthchecks of 2 different types: "core" (with 2 checks) and "security" (1 check). When I execute the checks of "core", 2 checks are run. When I execute all checks within tag "security", I get 1 result.
When I want to execute checks and give 2 tags "core" and "security", no check is actually executed.I would have expected, that the checks tagged with "core" and "security" are executed, and that I get 3 results.

You can easily reproduce this on the webconsole.
