Description

In order to validate that all the necessary APIs are exposed we should provide a basic ui for replication agents.

The UI should allow:
1. CRUD on agent/component settings
2. Navigating from an agent settings to component settings
3. Check if an agent or component is enabled
4. Navigating from an agent service to its settings
5. Triggering a replication action
