[SLING-3631] NPE when trying to change the primary node type from nt:folder to sling:Folder

Description

When trying to create the node type of an nt:folder to a sling:Folder using the JCR properties view, I get a NPE. Possibly related to the fact that there is no .content.xml for that node yet?
