Description

The HttpTestBase was created as a base class for JUnit3-style tests, but with slight changes it can also be used in JUnit4-style tests.

I'll make some protected things public to make it possible to reuse the class as a utility, without requiring inheritance, and include some utility methods that are provided by derived classes in our integration tests.
