[SLING-3157] Launchpad bootstrap: prepare bundles for launchpad installer

Description

Once SLING-3156 is implemented we'll need to modify the launchpad bootstrap code to copy the runmode-dependent bundles to where the launchpad installer expects to find them.

Currently, bundles found in the launchpad jar under paths like resources/bundles.foo/5 (for runmode foo and run level 5) are ignored by the bootstrap installer, we might just need to copy those to the right filesystem folder.
