Description

We could do some improvements in startup manager:

• unify and clarify logging to make clear how the startup mode is detected (which timestamp is used)
• instead of writing the detected time stamp to the marker file, we could write the current time - this avoids a second scanning of the time stamp
• check sling properties for the startup mode as well as the system property. System property has priority
• Correct type in name of constant
