Could you please try latest from svn trunk and see whether this problem is fixed in the meantime?

          Thanks

I am able to startup the launchpad ( java -jar org.apache.sling.launchpad-7-SNAPSHOT-standalone.jar ) with today's svn trunk . All bundles and fragments are active , so I think this can be closed.
