Description

When using bundled (and potentially precompiled) scripts, the information about the provided scripts is exposed by a bundle using capabilities. These capabilities are loaded async, and it's unclear when the loading process is completed (a log statement was added with SLING-12461).

We should have a health check which can be configured with the symbolic names of all expected bundles to contain such bundled scripts. When all of these have been correctly processed, the health check should return OK.
