fixing a bunch of minor issues in VaultPackageAssembler and ContentPackage2FeatureModelConverter spotted while working on SLING-10467

• potential NPE
• inconsistent indention and usage of whitespace
• missing nullability annotations
• instance fields spread across the class which makes its hard to read
