[SLING-10126] Repository Initializer should support Empty or Single Value Lists

Description

In the current implementation it is not possible to create an empty or single multi-value entry for JCR Node properties.
I would suggest to allow a '[]' postfix to the type like {String[]} to indicate a multi-value and then allow for an empty or single value.
