Description

Based on feedback on Apache general DL on Slider 0.80.0-incubating release, we should remove app-packages/accumulo/LICENSE.txt.

We do not generate the Accumulo, HBase or Storm app-packages in Slider Apache build anyway, so removing this file should be ok.
