Description

the SLIDER-319 codahale metrics support pulls in metric-ganglia.

...which transitively pulls in onrpc.jar -which is LGPL.

This is the same issue as surfaced in SPARK-1167.

Fix: for now, comment out the relevant JAR & the code which used it.
