Description

The test AgentClusterLifecycleIT fails intermittently.

From the stack traces, its on the line : list(-1, [ARG_LIVE])

This lists the live containers and expects an error code if there are none. A failure here probably means there is some live cluster other than the one created and terminated in this test.

Fix: remove that part of the test; rely on the minicluster tests to validate the operation
