[SLIDER-48] Slider AM tracking URI shows all containers for a component - including the killed ones

Description

During a test, a region server was killed and then it got restarted. Later it was flexed up to "2" and then down to "1".

The status command showed:

The AM tracking UI showed:

 HBASE_REGIONSERVER Host(s): [c6403.ambari.apache.org, c6403.ambari.apache.org, c6403.ambari.apache.org]
HBASE_MASTER Host(s): [c6403.ambari.apache.org] 

There are 3 instances listed for region server. Likely, containers that are no longer active are not evicted from the list.
