Description
Once AM restart is re-enabled, preform the tests required to verify that the agents can reconnect to the relaunched AM. I believe this will not work since the agents will retry using the server certificate from the previous instance. However, the server should regenerate the server certificate upon restart so there will be a mismatch.
Likely fix will simply be to require agents to always request server certificates rather than assume a local server certificate copy suffices.
