Print full HDFS path of Slider AM dependency tarball during create command

      Description

      Currently only the filename slider.tar.gz is printed to the console during the create command.

      2017-02-10 17:20:23,707 [main] INFO  tools.SliderUtils - Loading all dependencies from slider.tar.gz

      It will be helpful to print the entire HDFS file path to avoid surprises where it is being picked up from.
