From the Apache Slider 0.91.0-incubating release vote thread on general@incubator

Since we are publishing a repository via Nexus, this equates to a binary release. This also means that we need to make sure those JARs have proper LICENSE and NOTICE files contained within.

I think we're good (i remember looking at them before), but it would be good to re-verify.
