Description

We need to test SLIDER-1077 without oozie, which means identifying all needed tokens and saving them to a file, setting HADOOP_TOKEN_FILE_LOCATION env var to it.

the hadoop hdfs --fetchdt command isn't enough, as that only does hdfs/webhdfs, we need to add: RM and timeline.

Solution: a new slider tokens command to collect all the tokens it needs, saves them to a file, ready for use by slider (or other apps). It can also list tokens in a file or the current environment.
