Description

Add a sample metrics file to an app spec. The metrics file can be consumed by any management infrastructure to map raw metrics to appropriate REST resource and properties.

This also demonstrates the generic nature of a Slider app package so that it can contain additional directives and files that are consumed by management infrastructure using Slider to deploy apps on Yarn.
