Minor Description
In DefaultReleasability.java , some setters have the same name as getters:
public void *get*Addressees(final Collection<? extends Responsibility> newValues)
public void getDisseminationConstraints(final Collection<? extends Restriction> newValues)
should be named with set* instead of get*
