Migrate tests to JUnit 5

    Description

      Upgrade the test to JUnit 5. When this is done, see if we can remove some SIS custom code by JUnit 5 features e.g. for loading data from text file. Some places to revisit are:

      • All usage of org.apache.sis.test.OptionalTestData
