Description

JAXB annotations for GML 3.2.1 are missing for the following properties:

• DefaultCompoundCRS: componentReferenceSystem (edit: done)
• DefaultEngineeringCRS: coordinateSystem (edit: done)

In addition, all the parameter (edit: done) and most of the operation packages need to be done.
