Description
Currently SINGA supports only CUDA 8 and CuDNN 5. New versions of Nvidia libraries are available now. They provide faster implementation and other features.
The SINGA building should be tested with these libraries to make sure that they are supported. The build code and the installation documentation must be updated. Some core components may be upgraded also.
