Description

Python unittest (test/python) is updated to
1. generate xml report of the test results
2. skip cuda test if singa is not compiled with cuda

Jenkins is updated to compile singa with USE_MODULES=ON and run the unittest of pysinga.

Dockerfiles under tool/jenkins are updated to remove installation of protobuf and openblas, since they are installed by cmake (with USE_MODULES=ON).
