Description

Starting with v2, I would like to reactive multiple JVM tests (see: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHIRO-771). 

Currently, we have exactly one Test using PowerMock, which is the EnvironmentLoaderServiceTest. As long as this test uses PowerMock, we cannot build Shiro using JDK11.

Since this is only one single test, we can just rewrite it and remove PowerMock for now. If PowerMock creates a JDK14 compatible update, we can introduce it again.
