[SHIRO-500] ShiroHttpServletResponse is not compatible for Servlet 3.0

Description

When JSTL C:URL create the url will call:
response.encodeURL(result) , for Servlet 3.0 should to check the SessionTrackingMode.

My suggestion is : ShiroHttpServletResponse don't overwrite the related HttpServletResponseWrapper functions:
for example : encodeURL(String url),isEncodeable(final String location)
