Fully implement samples implementation of PersonService, ActivityService and AppDataService

    Description

      The samples implementation of PersonService, ActivityService and AppDataService are not fully functional as yet.

      For example, PersonServiceDb.getPeople() is still addressing null query constants, and ActivityServiceDb.createActivity() and ActivityServiceDb.getActivities() are empty (i.e. returning null).
