Description

When calling the metadata servlet to obtain ModulePrefs it uses the ModulePrefs.subsitute method to produce the returned ModulePrefs object. This code path misses out a number of possible ModulePref values - specifically the value for scrolling but there are many others.

Therefore, it is not possible to determine if the iFrame should be scrolling or not from the metadata response.
