Description

Added gadget navigate to views, collapse, expand, remove features.
How to test:
1. Enter "http://localhost:8080/samplecontainer/examples/commoncontainer/sample-views.xml" to add the gadget onto the test area
2. You'll see 4 icons on the far right of the gadget title bar:
a. click - to collapse/hide the gadget
b. click + to expand/show the gadget in the view that it was in before it was collapsed
c. click x to remove the gadget from the test area
d. hover to the triangle icon to have a drop down slide down with a list of available views that the gadget has, select any view item to navigate to that view.

Few known quirks: 1. The icons should be displayed on the gadget title bar, the css style somehow pushes them to the next line. 2. Remove gadget displays extra "confirmation"
