[SERF-138] pkg-config file has incorrect Libs.private line when gssapi isn't configured

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform a build without GSSAPI specified

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Libs.private line in serf-1.pc contains the word None where GSSAPI_FLAGS would be inserted. There shouldn't be anything in that part of the line.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.3, Linux

Attached patch fixes the issue.
