Description

To support search I think we'll need to:

1) Move the db items in core to a new db package i.e. org.apache.sentry.core.db
2) Move the GroupMappingService Interface to core
3) In the policy file provider move db related items to a new package i.e. org.apache.sentry.provider.file.db
4) Rename sentry-tests to sentry-tests-db

I just used the term "db" as a generic term to mean a SQL. It's possible some places we should use "hive" and others "db".
