Fix the UDF whitelist format for functions row_number and unbase64

    Description

      Hive plugin has a default UDF whitelist that's enforced by Sentry. There's a comma missing between row_number and unbase64. Due to this both functions are not included in the udf white list.
      The HiveAuthzConf.java:HIVE_UDF_WHITE_LIST needs to have a comma between these two udf names.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. SENTRY-770 When use sentry to configuration hive,to ensure safety of data access.The functions(row_number and unbase64) can't be used.The Problem caused by a sentry bug. I have already found a way to solve the problem,except to modify the sentry source code.
