Description

These are mostly due to the filter push-down patch :

• TestConfigTool.testQueryPermissions:274 Query should have failed with insufficient perms
• TestPerDBConfiguration.testDefaultDb:397 Expected SQLException for 'USE default'
• TestPerDBConfiguration.testDefaultDBwithDbPolicy:456 Expected SQLException for 'SELECT * FROM dtab'
