Description

Currently, sentry fetches the partition information of all the tables in HMS. This could be very huge. This was done deliberately as the partitions in the table need not share the table location. This is creating issues because of the volume of the data that has to be synced.

The proposal is to make this configurable so that users of the sentry could decide if really want it.

For backward compatibility, the default value for the configuration should maintain current behavior.
