consecutiveUpdateFailuresCount is not reset

    Description

      consecutiveUpdateFailuresCount reset only happens when an error occurs and the threshold is reached. Also as a side affect the log always contains the following message 

      ERROR org.apache.sentry.provider.db.generic.UpdatableCache: Failed to update roles and privileges cache for 0 times. Revoking all privileges from cache, which will cause all authorization requests to fail.
