Sentry script should note use Hive script by default for service and tool execution

    Description

      The sentry script is a wrapper on hive script. For Sentry service as well as the proposed schame-tool (SENTRY-193) doesn't need hive. It's only for some options of config tool has runtime dependency on Hive.
      The sentry script directly invoke Hadoop script wrapper by default. Only when hive-home is specified then it should use hive.
