Description

A Uber jira to capture all tasks for fetching a point-in-time full snapshot during Sentry startup. The flow is described as below:

• Try to get a HMSPath full snapshot by reading from DB.
• If there is no such snapshot exists inside DB, it reads a point-in-time full HMSPaths snapshot from HMS and persist it into DB.
