Fix intermittent time out issue for TestHDFSIntegration

    Description

      Occasionally there are time out issues from TestHDFSIntegration. It turns out it contains 45 test functions and runs over 10m. Need to split the tests into smaller size class file. And testAccessToTableDirectory sometimes if flaky.
