The documentation of the Maven SCM Plugin (https://maven.apache.org/scm/maven-scm-plugin/index.html) lists a "Release Notes" Link in the "Overview" section of the navigation side bar.

This link is probably broken (https://maven.apache.org/scm/maven-scm-plugin/jira-report.html). A redirect to a "Page not found" site is done with the hint to report an issue here.
