Description

When running the CI test with Github Action, there are some random test error of AlphaIntegrationWithRandomPortTest.
It looks like a the CPU power issue of Github Actions, which we can address it by adding more wait time.
As the wait time is not sleep, I don't think the change will slow down the test in our local machine.
