Description

1. naming ? why this package is called consumer? Those AppManager/MicroserviceManager/MicroserviceVersion are more like data model/cache consider moving/organizing/consolidating with cache 
2.  this package also has bunch of MicroserviceVersion related * classess. we need to think move those versin/versionrule to another dedicated *version package

please refer to the attached screenshots, some classses are referenced by handler-loadbalance module, some are referenced by java-chassis-core module
