Description

There are a couple of issues that are causing the pipeline build to break
currently.

First, the file src/java/org/apache/commons/pipeline/StageEvent.java should be
removed as it's superfluous.

Second, I'm attaching a patch to this ticket for the project.xml file to fix
missing test dependencies.
