Description

This patch includes the following:

• Fixes to bugs / significant restructuring of FtpFileDownloadStage
• Improved error handling in SingleThreadStageDriver
• Minor connection close bugfix in HttpFileDownloadStage
• StageException changed to checked exception
• Addition of StageError for unchecked exceptions
• Documentation correction to PipelineRuleSet
• Added error handling capacity to StageMonitor

These fixes bring the development version of commons-pipeline to 0.1.2.
