Support registration in the Yarn Service Registry

    Description

      To work towards supporting YARN-896, Samza jobs should integrate with the Yarn Service Registry.

      One use case is to provide a location to publish the AM RPC port (as part of a JSONServiceRecord).

      Another use case may be for containers to use the Yarn Service Registry to discover a newly relaunched AM to recover from a previous AM failure without restarting.
