Description

Due to the design changes in ~~SAMZA-798~~, we now have 2 metainfo streams per samza job - coordinator stream & checkpoint stream

I don't believe we need 2 command line scripts for writing to a particular stream. We should be able to integrate them into a single command line scripts with sub-commands & options.
