[SAMZA-787] task.log4j.system should not be guessed if not configured

Description

In the current configuration, we has the task.log4j.system "guessed" to be the single system name in the job, if not specified.

However, this syntax sugar is dangerous because it confuses the two cases:
1) disable the StreamAppender altogether
2) implicitly uses the only defined system and enable StreamAppender

We should force it to be defined if we want to enable the StreamAppender.
