[SAMZA-422] Docs for hello-samza should checkout latest

Description

The docs for the latest version of hello-samza don't say to checkout latest. Without these instructions, users will checkout master, and then this line is wrong:

tar -xvf ./target/hello-samza-0.8.0-dist.tar.gz -C deploy/samza

We should update the docs to checkout latest.
